Abstract

Triplex DNA binders can effectively control copper-catalysed alkyneazide click reactions in DNA architecture, such that either duplex or triplex DNA directed reactions of terminally attached azides and alkynes occur, in the absence or presence of triplex DNA binder, respectively.
