Bezu Teschomes is a PhD student from Technische Universität Dresden ( Germany). He joined the International Helmholtz Research School for Nanoelectronic Networks (IHRS NanoNet) at the Helmholtz Zentrum Dresden Rossendorf (HZDR) as a PhD student on January 2013. His PhD thesis consists of synthesis, characterization and functionalization of DNA origami for nanoelectronic devices.
Bezu joined Gothelf lab as a visiting PhD student in May 2015 for the duration of three months. In his research stay, he will mainly focus on the ordered arrangement of conductive polymers on topographically patterned conventional surfaces.
